Hirotaka Hikita

With more than 40 years of experience in tempura dishes, Chef Hikita is the first generation of Japanese tempura chef in Hong Kong, having served as the head tempura chef of Inagiku at The Peninsula Hong Kong and Inagiku at Imperial Court Hotel.
